Former Chiefs receiver and Pitt All-American Jonathan Baldwin builds faster, stronger, more confident athletes through elite 1-on-1 football, route-running, and speed training.
A first-round NFL Draft pick who now trains the next generation. Jonathan Baldwin was selected 26th overall by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2011 NFL Draft after a record-setting career at the University of Pittsburgh, where he caught 128 passes for 2,337 yards and 16 touchdowns — averaging a remarkable 18.3 yards per catch and finishing 6th all-time in receiving yards in Panthers history.
He was a two-time First-Team All-Big East selection (2009, 2010), a Rivals Third-Team All-American, and a consensus Preseason All-American in 2010 — the first Pitt receiver to eclipse 1,000 yards in a single season since 2004. He earned Big East All-Academic Football Team honors along the way.
At 6-foot-4 and 225 pounds, Jonathan tested as one of the most explosive receivers of his class: a 4.50-second 40-yard dash, a 10'9" broad jump, and a 42-inch vertical that ranked #1 among all wide receivers at the 2011 NFL Scouting Combine. Today he brings that same elite-level knowledge to every athlete he trains — the route-running, the explosiveness, and the competitive mindset it takes to play at the highest level.
The route-running, hands, and explosiveness behind the method — Jonathan Baldwin's Pitt highlight reel.
The method runs in the family. Jaden Baldwin — Jonathan's son and a three-star wide receiver at Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona — is carrying the bloodline forward. A standout in the Class of 2027, Jaden committed to the University of Pittsburgh in June 2026, following his father's path to the Panthers.
Same position, same school, same relentless work ethic — proof that what's built here develops real, Division‑I talent.
Every athlete starts with an assessment, then trains a plan built around their goals. Here's what that looks like.
A movement, strength, and skills evaluation to establish your baseline and set clear, measurable goals for the season ahead.
Strength, speed, and conditioning programming that develops explosive power and durability — so you perform in the fourth quarter, not just the first.
Route-running, hands, footwork, and release work taught by a coach who ran those same routes at the NFL level — turning raw athleticism into game-ready ability.
Confidence, focus, and competitive mindset coaching so the athlete shows up ready when the pressure is highest.
Regular check-ins and measurable benchmarks keep motivation high and prove the work is paying off.
Programming that adapts through the season — pre-season, in-season, and off-season — to keep athletes peaking at the right time.
Since starting with Coach Baldwin, Conor has put in the work — and it shows. Consistent training built real, measurable gains in speed, strength, and on-field confidence.
His progress is exactly the kind of development the program is built to produce: an athlete who trains with purpose and competes at a higher level than when they started.
"Jonathan doesn't just train the body — he builds the athlete's confidence. The difference in how my son competes now is night and day."
"Every session has a purpose. I got faster and stronger, but more than that I learned how to prepare like a real competitor."
"Best decision we made for our athlete's development. Personalized, professional, and genuinely invested in the results."
